Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the boundaries within which Vinkura systems may be used. It applies to all users authorised by an engaging institution and supplements the governing master service agreement and terms of service.

Permitted Use

Vinkura systems are built for administrative, public safety, and governance workflows. They may be used only for lawful official purposes, by authorised personnel, within the authority and scope defined by the engaging institution.

Prohibited Use

Users must not use Vinkura systems for any unlawful activity; to access, process, or share data beyond their authorised role and purpose; to attempt to circumvent access controls, audit logging, or deployment boundaries; or to interfere with the integrity, security, or availability of the platform.

Accountability

Actions within Vinkura systems are attributable and auditable. Misuse may result in suspension of access and is subject to the disciplinary and legal frameworks of the engaging institution.

Responsible AI

Where AI-assisted features are used, a human decision-maker remains accountable for consequential actions. Users must operate within the oversight and review processes described in our Responsible AI principles.

Reporting Misuse

Suspected misuse or security concerns should be reported promptly through the contact channels provided to your institution or on our contact page.
