Scope and Agreement
Vinkura Innovations Network Pvt. Ltd. ("Vinkura") provides software and related services for public institutions, government agencies, and regulated entities. These standard terms apply to the website and supplement any signed order, master service agreement, statement of work, or other written agreement.
A person using a Vinkura system on behalf of an organisation must be authorised by that organisation and follow its policies and the applicable agreement.
Sovereign Data & Infrastructure
All deployments of the AEGIS platform and associated systems are designed to respect jurisdictional boundaries. Data residency and processing protocols are configured based on the specific requirements of the engaging organisation.
Intellectual Property
Vinkura retains all rights to its proprietary algorithms, models, and orchestration layers. Engaging institutions are granted specific operational licenses as defined in their respective deployment agreements.
The institution retains rights in its data. Feedback may be used to improve Vinkura products unless a signed agreement states otherwise, but Vinkura does not acquire ownership of institutional data through feedback.
Ethical Sovereignty
Our systems are built on the principle of Ethical Sovereignty, ensuring that AI remains a tool for human governance and accountability, not a replacement for it. Users must adhere to official ethics guidelines when operating Vinkura systems.
Acceptable Use
Use of Vinkura systems is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Any use that is unlawful, or that falls outside the authority and purpose defined in the governing agreement, is prohibited.
Accounts and Security
Users must protect their credentials, use only accounts assigned to them, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Institutions are responsible for managing authorised users unless the governing agreement assigns that responsibility differently.
Fees, Support, and Changes
Fees, taxes, payment terms, service levels, support, implementation responsibilities, and change procedures are defined in the applicable order or signed agreement. Website information may change and does not, by itself, create a service-level commitment.
Availability and Warranties
Product capabilities, warranties, and remedies are those stated in the applicable signed agreement. To the extent permitted by law, this public website is provided for general information without a promise that every page will always be available, complete, or error-free.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, or material breach, subject to the governing agreement and applicable law. Termination rights, data return, deletion, and transition assistance are defined in the signed agreement.
Liability and Governing Terms
Any liability limits, indemnities, dispute process, governing law, and jurisdiction are defined in the applicable signed agreement and subject to mandatory law. Nothing on this page excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Precedence
Where a signed master service agreement exists between Vinkura and an institution, that agreement takes precedence over these standard terms to the extent of any conflict.
